Most equipment in i-Space are entry-level emerging technologies to encourage students to construct knowledge proactively through to get hands-on learning experience and social interaction in communities of shared interests. The level of difficulty is listed in table below for reference.

Level of difficulty

Requires basic knowledge such as use of Adobe Creative software.

Requires to attend training workshops before use the equipment; or
Need support of technical staff.

Requires to attend an advanced level of training workshop and able to demonstrate the skills to operate the equipment by themselves; or
Requires SDK (system development kit) provided for development.
