Book Series on Springer: Springer Texts in Statistics

Statistics play a pivotal role in theories underlying data science. SciFinder-n, the enhanced version of SciFinder, is a comprehensive database for chemical research, developed by the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS). It offers extensive content, from journal articles to detailed information on chemical structures, properties, and reactions. You can search the content by topic, author, substances by name, CAS Registry Number, or even by drawing the chemical structures (see the tutorial here).

SinoMed, the Chinese biomedical literature service system, was developed by the Institute of Medical Information & Library of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. It integrates multiple resources published since 1978 including the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), the Chinese Biomedical Citation Database (CBMCI), the Western Biomedical Literature Database (WBM), and the Peking Union Medical College Doctoral and Master's Dissertations Database (PUMCD). This database is a rich collection of Chinese and foreign biomedical literature facilitating literature retrieval, citation searching, and full text delivery.

 

 

Human Anatomy Tours (via AccessMedicine)

In these Human Anatomy Modules, you can navigate and explore different body parts including the brain, gastrointestinal system, heart, respiratory system, spine, and urinary system in an interactive 3D bio-digital human model with animations. To learn about the particular body part, click on the name labels on the model to hear its pronunciation, and read the associated chapters. You can also review the underlying anatomy layer by layer. Quizzes in multiple choice questions, anatomy labelling and anatomy selection are available for knowledge check.
