For enhancing the study environment, building and moving works will be carried out in Library according to the schedule below:

Due to urgent repair work, supply of air-conditioning from G/F- P/F will be suspended from 14 April 2017 (8:30am) to 15 April 2017 (6:00pm). Room temperature may be slightly higher during the affected period. For quiet study areas, please proceed to other Library floors from 3/F to 5/F. For discussion areas, please consider using Room BC202 and BC215 if necessary.

Due to the growing demand for private study space for the revision and examination period, effective April 15, 2017, 13 specific REC research carrels (A1-4 and A7-15) will be available for advanced booking by all PolyU students. In view of the growing demand for study space with the approach of the revision and examination period, effective March 15, 2017, there will be five sessions per day.  Eligible users can reserve a session one day in advance via PolyU iBooking System.

With effect from 1 April 2017, all Bloomberg terminals (REC WS01, WS03, WS06, WS07) will be solely dedicated to PolyU students and staff for academic use only.
