Wall painting work will be carried out at window areas near REC lift lobby, MC lobby, and inside MC IT lounge from 30 Mar 2018 to 2 Apr 2018. MC IT lounge will be temporarily closed from 2:30pm on 29 Mar to 3 Apr. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please note that there will be a scheduled network maintenance for the whole Library building on 25 Nov 2017 from 03:00 to 04:00. Network services (e.g. WiFi, internet) in the Library including 24-hour study centre will be unavailable during the mentioned period.

Eligible Users

• PolyU Academic, Research, and Equivalent Status Administrative Staff
• Research Postgraduate Students
• Visiting Scholars & Fellows, Visiting Staff and Visitors with valid PolyU smart card

Duration of Sessions

With effect from 23 August 2017, the duration of each booking session will be changed to 2 hours to increase the number of booking sessions for eligible users. Revised booking sessions are as follows:

Please note there will be a scheduled maintenance for PolyU SSO on 3 Aug 2017 (Thu) at 17:00 – 18:00. There will be services interruption for the following during the period.

1. OneSearch request/renewal and myRecord login
2. Remote access of electronic resources
3. Other web applications that make use of PolyU SSO services
