Relocation of the Media Services to 4/F

Due to construction of the new Media Commons, the current Media Services Counter and viewing area will be relocated to the 4th floor from 11 Aug 2014. Loan of AV materials will remain NORMAL. Limited viewing services are also available. All computer workstations will be relocated to the Research Enhancement Centre on 3/F temporarily. For group discussion, please use the Discussion Zone on G/F, the Multi-purpose Hall on P/F, or Research Lounge on 5/F. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Due to forthcoming renovation work in Media Services area, all user PC workstations will be temporarily relocated to Research Enhancement Centre until the renovation completes. Dream.a.Dream Exhibition (24 Jul - 28 Aug 2014)

In a bid to encourage the creativeness and promote the power of positive thinking, the exhibition showcases a series of illustrations on dreams by a Poly-preneurTM, Mr Peter Wong, who graduated from PolyU in 2006. All Library users are invited to illustrate their dreams in a panel with white fabric set up on the P/F of the Library.

*The access of the above exhibition area is restricted to all PolyU Library cardholders and available ONLY during the Library Opening Hours.

Temporary Closure of G/F 24-hour Study Centre for Construction Work (19 Jul - mid-Sep 2014)

The Library's 24 hour Study Centre on G/F will be temporarily closed for renovation and expansion work from 19 July to mid-Sep 2014. During this period, Room L003 right next to the Centre will be open for 24-hour access. Users can enter this Room via Core E Exit. Construction noise will be generated during the period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
