Due to the resurgence of coronavirus infections in the community, effective 27 July 2020, the Library’s opening hours will be as follows until further notice:
Mondays to Fridays: 10 am to 7pm
Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed

Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am - 7pm
Saturdays: 9am – 6pm
Sundays/Public Holidays: Closed
During this period, the seating spaces at 4/F North Wing will be closed. The 24-Hour Study Centre and all group rooms remain closed. Printing and computer services remain as usual.
The Library will be closed on Wednesday, 1 July 2020 (HKSAR Establishment Day). Details of Library opening hours are available on the Library homepage.

Effective 10 June 2020, public PCs located in Multimedia Commons (3/F North Wing) and i-Space (4/F North Wing) have been designated for use and login by PolyU/CPCE students and staff only to support their studies and research. PolyU/CPCE students and staff can book these computers one day in advance using the Library iBooking system.
The Library will reopen to PolyU students and staff from 4 May 2020 and Graduate and Special Borrower Library card holders from 15 June 2020. Opening hours are 8:30am-10:00pm Mon-Sat and 12:00nn-9:00pm Sun (excluding public holidays). The 24 Hour Study Centre, G/F Quiet Study Zone and all group rooms of the Library will remain closed.
As there is a resurgence of coronavirus infections in the community, our physical Library, including the 24-Hour Study Centre, will be closed until further notice. During this period, PolyU staff and students who require access to print books and physical AV resources of the Library can request for their retrieval using the Physical Resources Retrieval Service.
