Following the merger of Emerald Insight and the ICE Virtual Library into the New Emerald Insight platform, we have encountered some link issues with certain titles. Currently, Online Access through SSO login is unavailable. The vendor has been notified and is actively investigating the matter.

Emerald Insight provides full-text access to journals, books, case studies published by Emerald and a growing collection of open access content, covering subjects across social science research. The platform combines different types of research formats – articles, books and case studies, and presents content in a wide variety of outputs formats including multimedia, data and expert briefings and opinion. 

Note: Since Emerald Insight and ICE Virtual Library have merged into the new Emerald Insight platform, your accounts in Emerald Insight and ICE Virtual Library have been merged into one account in the new Emerald Insight platform. Please go to https://www.emerald.com/my-account/reset-password to reset your password.

To access Emerald Journals, please go to https://www.emerald.com/journals, where all ICE Publishing Journals titles can be viewed.


Important Notes:

  • Users should not use Virtual Private Network (VPN) service when accessing e-resources from off campus. This may trigger suspension of user's account.
  • For security reason, you are advised to change NetPassword regularly via IdPortal and follow the password rules. Please visit the ITS website for details.
