Warning to Users of Copying Devices
Course Pack Production
The University has renewed the licence agreements on course pack production by photocopying and scanning (the “Licence Agreements”) with The Hong Kong Reprographic Rights Licensing Society Limited (“HKRRLS”) for a term of two years from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024 for producing course packs for students with materials licensed from licensing bodies through the HKRRLS. The cost of course pack comprises a licence fee of $1.05/page for 2023 and 2024 payable to HKRRLS within the reproduction limits as set out in the Licence Agreements, plus the charges for reprographic services as promulgated by the Reprographic Unit of CPA from time to time.
All staff are reminded to observe the terms and conditions of the Licence Agreements and the provisions of the Copyright Ordinance.
