The collection supports teaching and research in disciplines such as Chinese and Asian Studies, Film and Media Studies, Anthropology, Sociology, Gender Studies, Documentary Studies, and Contemporary East Asia.

AtoZ the World is a comprehensive database that covers world history, cultures, languages, foods, and religions, etc. It features culture guides for 174 countries covering over 60 topics each.
