All the collections offer an opportunity to undertake in-depth research of important and influential nineteenth-century issues using a wealth of original documents, ranging from memoranda to committee minutes, personal correspondence of key historical figures to diaries, government reports to personal narratives. At hand is a broad spectrum of material to facilitate study of the major political, industrial, social, and economic events during this period.
