State Papers Online provides access to the British State Papers, the papers of the Secretary of State from Henry VIII's accession in 1509 to 1782. Eighteenth Century, 1714-1782, Part II: State Papers Foreign, Low Countries and Germany focuses on the relationships of the Hanoverian rulers with Flanders, Holland and Germany as well as the major European power of the Holy Roman Empire.
