DMP Tool

The Library offers a Data Management Plan (DMP) service through the DMP Tool for our current staff and students. This tool provides structured guidance for creating a DMP that meets the requirements of major funding agencies. In addition to managing research data, users can include relevant research outputs, such as journal articles and conference papers, in their plans. Once completed, users can download their DMP for submission to funders and choose to share it with PolyU members, the public, or keep it private. Important Notes:

  • Users should not use Virtual Private Network (VPN) service when accessing e-resources from off campus. This may trigger suspension of user's account.
  • For security reason, you are advised to change NetPassword regularly via IdPortal and follow the password rules. Please visit the ITS website for details.
