GB standards (Food), issued by the National Health Commission (NHC) in conjunction with relevant State Council departments in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, regulate the entire chain. These standards include raw materials, food additives, contaminants, mycotoxins, pesticide residues, microbiological limits, labeling, and testing methods, effectively ensuring food quality and safety.

食品國家標準（GB標準）依據《中華人民共和國食品安全法》制定，由國家衛生健康委員會會同國務院相關部門發布與管理。涵蓋食品原料、添加劑、污染物、真菌毒素、農藥殘留、微生物限量、標籤與檢驗方法等全鏈條要求，切實保障食品品質與安全。

Search Steps
1. Log in with your university NetID and NetPassword if you are off-campus
2. Click “Advanced Search” → then click “Classification”
3. Under “CCS”, select “Food”
