New drinking water dispensers on G/F, 1/F, 4/F and 5/F
To provide more points of access to warm and hot water in Library, with the support of the University’s Facilities Management Office (FMO), more drinking water dispensers have been installed near the main staircase on G/F, 1/F, 4/F and 5/F. Library users can refill their spill-proof containers with options of cold, warm, and hot water. The new facility has already been put into service since late Jan 2018.
New individual study carrels provided at the North Wing on 5/F
In addition to the 300+ quiet study seats, 32 new individual study carrels are introduced at the North Wing on 5/F. Each study carrel is enclosed with high partitions and equipped with power outlet to support focused study needs.
