Online Payment Service for Library Overdue Fines Available Now

New Online Payment Method – Credit Card

No time to drop by the Library to settle your overdue fines? You may make online payment and settle the overdue fines anywhere by your credit card now.

You may get it done by simple steps below:

1. 1. Login myRecord at Library homepage.
   2. Click “FINE+FEES” to see your list of item(s) with overdue fines.
   3. Select the overdue item(s) and click “PAY”.
   4. Input credit card information and settle the fines.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after successful online payment.

New Walk-in Payment Method – Faster Payment System (FPS)

Library fines can now be paid via Faster Payment System (FPS) using the On-line Payment Platform (OLPP) initiated by Finance Office (FO). In addition to Octopus payment, Library users can settle overdue fines as well as charges for poster printing, laser cutting and 3D printing, by simply scanning a QR code with their smartphones at Loan and Return Counter (Library Podium Floor) and Technical Support Desk (4/F, i-Space).

Other electronic payment methods will be added on the OLPP by FO in the coming future. Stay tuned!
