The Library is pleased to announce the recent enhancement of computing facilities to better support learning, research, creativity and innovation.

High-Performance AI Computers at i-Space

New high-performance AI workstations are now available in the Digital Visualisation Room, i-Space, 4/F. Designed for users with varying levels of AI experience, these computers provide a ready-to-use environment for AI learning and advanced AI-related tasks. They are pre-installed with AI models, application programming interface (API) endpoints, popular programming languages, and integrated development environments (IDEs). New iMac Computers at 3/F North Wing

New iMac computers are available at the 3/F North Wing. Equipped with faster CPUs, additional memory and pre-installed with Adobe Creative Cloud, the new iMac computers provide an enhanced environment for design and multimedia works.

New Portable Monitors for Loan

You can now borrow a portable monitor from the Self-service Kiosk (Notebook & Tablet) located in i-Space, 4/F North Wing. These portable monitors support USB-C and mini-HDMI connections, making them ideal for various devices. For details, please refer to Digital Equipment for Loan page. In addition to portable monitors, screens for laptop connections are also provided on various floors (except P/F).
