New Features of PolyU Library Mobile App

The PolyU Library Mobile App has been enhanced with a refreshed interface and a range of innovative features to make Library services more accessible and user-friendly. Users can now enjoy mobile checkout, advance notebook reservation, JULAC Library Card application, and AI-powered new book recommendations, alongside popular functions such as library account management, alert messages and notifications, real-time availability of library spaces and equipment, library facility reservations, and AR wayfinding. Together, these features make it easier than ever to access and enjoy the Library’s resources and services.

New Library Service Arrangements

Starting July 2025, the Library will implement new service arrangements to optimise manpower and resources for better service delivery to students and staff. Changes include adjusted counter hours and services, expanded self-service facilities, and the integration of AI and advanced technologies into library services.
