New Online Service to support JULAC (Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee) Library Card Application

JULAC Library Card holders can gain admission to other UGC-funded university libraries and have wider access to their resources all through the academic year except the black-out periods implemented by individual libraries during busy times. To facilitate the application of JULAC Library Card, eligible PolyU students and staff can submit applications in advance online and collect the Card at the Loan & Return Counter on the Library Podium Floor in 2 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).
