Library Survey Results 2026

We are pleased to present the encouraging results of our Library Survey, conducted from 19 March to 18 April 2026. A total of 1,465 users shared their views, revealing a high level of overall satisfaction at 4.33/5. The survey results showcased our strengths as reflected by thoughtful notes of appreciation, and pointed to areas where we can continue to improve.

Library Survey Results 2025

We are excited to share the fantastic results of our latest library survey, conducted from 27 March to 24 April 2025. We received an impressive 1,635 responses and the results reveal a remarkable overall satisfaction rate. The survey spotlighted our top-performing areas, shared lovely notes of appreciation, and pointed out some areas where we can get even better. A big congratulations to the lucky draw winners among our survey respondents – your feedback is invaluable!

Library Survey Results 2020/21

To gather user feedback and to anticipate emerging needs of students and staff for service enhancement, the Library conducted a user survey from 16 December 2020 to 13 January 2021. We are grateful to all users for taking the time to participate in the Library User Survey 2020/21. The survey report is available to download now!

LibQUAL+ Library Survey 2019 Results

The Library conducted the LibQual+ survey from 21 October to 22 November 2019. Administered by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL), this survey instrument has been adopted by 1300+ libraries around the world. This was the third time we partook in the LibQUAL+ assessment, after 2011 and 2015.
