Library Website Wins Triple Gold Award at Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme

The Library homepage has won a Triple Gold Award of the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2020/21.  The award-winning Library website fulfilled 24 judging criteria set for the web accessibility features and won “Gold Awards” for three consecutive years.

The Scheme is organised by Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) and co-organised by the Office of Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), while the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) serves as the independent advisor to recognize local organisations for adopting accessibility design in their websites, fulfilling social responsibility and projecting positive corporate image.
