Introducing the JULAC Library Card Collection Station

We are delighted to introduce a new enhancement to our library services—the Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee (JULAC) Library Card Collection Station.

The JULAC Library Card grants access to all UGC-funded university libraries in Hong Kong. Eligible PolyU staff and students can easily apply for a JULAC Library Card online. Applications will be processed within two working days. Once the card is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification.

Pick Up Your Card at Your Convenience!

The new self-service JULAC Library Card Collection Station is located at the Service Counter on the Library Podium Floor. You can print and collect your JULAC Library Card yourselves during Library opening hours without waiting for counter staff assistance. Simply tap your PolyU student/staff ID card and scan the QR code from your email notification, your JULAC Library Card will be printed instantly for your collection.
