Full-time academic staff and administrative staff of equivalent status may obtain a Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee (JULAC) Library ticket for admittance to the other UGC libraries and borrow books. Please obtain your JULAC ticket at the Circulation Counter of the PolyU Library before you visit other libraries. Books borrowed by PolyU JULAC ticket holders from other UGC libraries can be returned at the Circulation Counter on the Podium Floor, on or before the due date. |

| *The LLOs of a Department serves as the main contact between the Library and that Department. The LLO acts as a spokesperson for his/her Department on library matters and keeps the Department informed of library developments. Staff may wish to channel their ideas and suggestions to the Library through their departmental LLOs if they wish. | |
