Journals provide current information of research and development in a particular subject field. To find journal titles from the Library Homepage, click on "Journals", then key in the journal title.

Audio-visual materials can be viewed/used within the library, or loaned outside the library (exceptions are those restricted by copyright or for technical reason). To find AV materials from the Library Homepage, click on "AV Collection" under "e-Learning/AV".

There are several newspaper databases subscribed by the Library which can be accessed via the Library homepage.  WiseNews (慧科電子剪報) provides news and articles from 1998 published in over 200 newspapers and magazines from Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan.  Newspaper Clippings Image Database (NCID) contains over 20 years (1977-99) of newspaper clippings collected by the Library.  The list of newspaper databases available can be found from Library Homepage >Find Resources > Articles, Journals, News > Newspapers.

These provide information on the latest development of hotel and catering management. To limit a search to conference publications only, select Advanced Keyword Search in Library Catalogue. Select "Conference Pro" from the drop-down list under "Conference Publication".
