Rainstorms: Hoisting of Black Signal
The Library will OPEN to ensure safe shelter for Library users during rainstorms, until the PolyU Security staff say otherwise.
Tyhoons: Hoisting of No.8 Signal
The Library will CLOSE once it is announced that the No.8 signal is likely to be hoisted within two hours.
