The Senate Paper Database provides access to agendas, minutes and papers of the Senate meetings (1995+) of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University which co-ordinates the academic planning and development of the University. The Database provides full-text search capability with Boolean operators, together with other search keys including document number, and meeting date. Images of the documents in PDF (Portable Document Format) are available for viewing, printing, downloading and e-mailing.

The Database is available for use by staff members of the University via the University Portal, myPolyU, provided that the use is in compliance with the Copyright regulations.
