The All England Law Reports Reprint comprises approximately 6,000 cases from 1558-1935. When the selection was made for the publication of this series, cases were chosen which were considered to remain relevant, the general rule being the inclusion of cases which had been referred to twice or more in the All England Law Reports since 1936. In all cases a new headnote was written and the case put into the All England Law Reports format. In addition a list of cases in which the reported case was known to be subsequently considered is included in the report.
