Description:

With the introduction of downloadable audiobooks from NetLibrary and Recorded Books, this NetLibrary eAudiobooks provide a collection of about 600 titles on literally classics, best-sellers, book-club favorites & award winning titles as well as the Pimsleur Language Collection providing lessons on 39 languages. Users can listen to the previews online or check out and download an entire audiobook to PCs or portable devices for use within a limited period of time.
Listen to Preview

You may click on a specified eAudiobook item (on browsing or after searching) without requiring to login or to create an account.  To hear the preview, your computer must have speakers or an audio headphone jack.
Check out and Download

You may check out and download up to 10 items for use for 21 days.  Once you have reached the checkout limit, you cannot download additional eAudiobook items until a currently downloaded eAudiobook automatically expires.  However, they can be renewed for an additional 21 days.

Creating a NetLibrary Account
You need to create an account within the campus in order to download and listen to the audiobooks. (This account is NOT related to your NetID or your Library PIN.)  To create an account, click on the "Create a free account" link in the upper right-hand corner of the NetLibrary screen and then enter your name, email address, and a password of your choosing.

Session Time
You are automatically logged out of your session after 15 minutes of inactive use. You will need to log back into NetLibrary again.

Compatibility
NetLibrary eAudiobooks are not compatible with the Macintosh operating system or iPod players.
