Q1: After I log in the course, the screen shows "No courses left to do".  What should I do?

Q2: Can I access the e-learning programs from outside the campus?
A2: Yes, but you have to install the VPN client first in order to log in to the PolyU network.  Click here for more information about the VPN client installation.
Q3: After I click on the course title, the screen indicates "Users Exceed Limit".  What does this mean?
A3: This means all user accounts for that course are being used.  You may try again later.
Q4: Who should I contact if I find other problems in accessing the course?
A4: Contact the Media Services Counter on 3/F of the Library ; or
Call the Media Services Section at 2766-6869 or 2766-6880 for help.
