Starting from February 14, 2000, all PolyU users with e-mail accounts will automatically receive their Library notices by e-mail. In order to prepare the users for this new service, within the period from January 12, 2000 to February 13, 2000, Library notices in both hardcopy and e-mail formats will be sent. After the transitional period, electronic mail will be used to distribute Library notices. Hardcopy notices will only be sent to users without e-mail accounts, and those who have opted to receive notices via regular post.
PolyU students will receive their Library notices via the Campus E-mail System.
PolyU staff will receive their notices via the GroupWise System.
NO ACTION IS REQUIRED BY POLYU STAFF AND STUDENTS WHO PREFER TO RECEIVE LIBRARY NOTICES BY E-MAIL.
