Date Due Reminder For Returning Term Loans

This message is a gentle reminder to all academic, administrative equivalent staff and postgraduate students that all library books on loan to you are due for return no later than 10 January 2011.  To avoid a last minute rush, please return the books before the last day.  Overdue books returned after 10 January 2011 will be subject to a fine of $2.00 (1 - 6 days) and $3.00 (7 - 42 days) per book per calendar day.

Books borrowed or renewed on or after 13 December 2010 will be due for return on 7 June 2011.

A loan may be recalled once the item has been on loan to you for four weeks if required by another user. This is a proven method of allowing equitable access to all our print resources.  Recall notices will be emailed to you. Please remember to check your PolyU email account -

GroupWise / Webmail for PolyU staff / students, and
Outlook / LIVE@Edu for CPCE staff / students.

Also, please return all loans before leaving Hong Kong on long leave so that other users can have access and exposure to the books. Thanks.

Thank you for your support to this Library collection enhancement initiative.

Best Wishes for success in your studies.
