Special Registration Offer (1 free for registrations of 6)

• One free registration will be offered to any one institution having 6 applicants attending the full conference.
• All 6 applicants should submit their application forms in one batch following Registration Method B listed below.
• Payment of registration fee for 5 full conference attendees should be submitted in cheque or bankdraft together with the 6 application forms.

Cancellation and Refund

No refund will be made upon cancellation. If the registration is full, the cheque or the bank draft will be returned to you.

 

 

Registration Acknowledgement and Official Receipt

Registration acknowledgement and official receipt will be issued upon receipt of payment. If you have not received registration acknowledgement and official receipt before the meeting date, please contact Miss Cindy Lui (lbsclui@polyu.edu.hk) to make sure we have received your registration.

 

 

Responsibility

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the Conference be hindered or prevented by unexpected political/economic events, global pandemic or generally by force majeure; or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With registration, the participant accepts this proviso.

 

 

Insurance

The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
